About PACC

The Poolesville Area Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit organization incorporated in Maryland in 1979 as a 501 (c)6 non-profit business organization. We are dedicated to the promotion and advancement of the general welfare and prosperity of the Poolesville Area, its citizens, and its business community.

The Poolesville Area encompasses the upper western region of Montgomery County, Maryland, including the communities of Barnesville, Beallsville, Boyds, Comus, Dawsonville, Dickerson, Jerusalem, Martinsburg, Poolesville, and Seneca and their surrounding areas.

Things We Do

Provide networking and business opportunities
Provide marketing opportunities for our members
Produce Business and Community Directory and Historic Poolesville Area tourism Map
Market the Poolesville Area on both a state-wide and regional basis by monitoring government actions affecting business and encouraging the Heritage Tourism initiative.
Support Our community non profits
Sponsor community events such as the 4th of July fireworks and many other community activities.
We partner with the Town of Poolesville on many town events, including Poolesville Day each September and the First Friday Holiday Event in December.

Our operations are managed by a volunteer Board of Directors and a part time executive secretary. Board meetings are held monthly. Check out our Events Calendar for dates/times/locations. All Chamber members are welcome to attend.
